The Baby Hive is seeking an experienced, attentive, and nurturing career nanny to care for 3-month-old twins in a loving Salt Lake City home. This role is ideal for a nanny with extensive newborn and infant experience, especially with multiples, who brings both confidence and calm to the early months of development.

The ideal candidate is warm, highly observant, and capable of anticipating needs quickly—someone who responds to babies’ cues with patience, awareness, and care. The family values kindness, honesty, and respect, and is looking for a nanny who shares these same principles and sees caregiving as both a partnership and a profession.

    • Provide loving, individualized care for infant twins, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and engaging in developmental play.

    • Maintain a consistent daily rhythm while adapting to the babies’ evolving needs.

    • Support healthy sleep habits and developmental milestones.

    • Keep detailed notes or updates on feedings, naps, and progress.

    • Perform light household tasks related to childcare, including:

      • Washing bottles and baby items

      • Tidying play and feeding areas

      • Organizing baby supplies

      • General kitchen cleanup and light tidying while babies nap

    • Collaborate and communicate clearly with the parent to maintain continuity of care.

    • Always remain alert, responding quickly and calmly to both babies’ needs.

    • Minimum 4 years professional childcare experience.

    • Significant experience with infants (twin or multiple experience strongly preferred).

    • CPR and First Aid certified (including infant choking).

    • Up-to-date on Flu, COVID, and Tdap vaccinations.

    • Non-smoker / non-vaper.

This position involves caring for a sweet, active 4-year-old and a newborn (arriving early January). The ideal nanny is confident with both toddlers and newborns, proactive around the home, attentive to safety, and genuinely enjoys being active and engaged with children. This family values gentle parenting, outdoor play, and connection—and is looking for a nanny who will become a positive, steady, trusted presence in their daily rhythm.

    • Loving, attentive care of both children (newborn + 4-year-old), with primary focus on the toddler

    • Plan and engage in developmentally appropriate activities (indoor play, bike rides, snow play, etc.)

    • Reinforce routines, boundaries, and independence (helping with simple chores, self-care skills)

    • Light household duties related to the children:

    • Be observant and proactive—respond quickly to the child’s needs

Postpartum Caregiver (Overnight) — Dual-Trained Postpartum Doula & Newborn Care Specialist

The Baby Hive is seeking exceptional overnight postpartum caregivers who are dual-trained as Postpartum Doulas and Newborn Care Specialists (NCS). We proudly support families during their most tender and transformative days at home with their newborns, and we are looking for warm, experienced professionals who want to deliver evidence-based, nurturing, and compassionate care.

The Baby Hive | Utah & Surrounding Areas

    • Provide attentive, evidence-based overnight newborn care

    • Support birthing parents with rest, recovery, lactation questions, and emotional well-being

    • Manage infant feeding (breast/chest feeding support, bottle prep, paced feeding)

    • Track infant sleep, feeding logs, and developmental observations

    • Maintain a clean, calm, and safe nighttime environment

    • Gently guide parents with newborn education and best practices

    • Follow The Baby Hive’s care standards, safety protocols, and documentation guidelines

    • Communicate professionally, respectfully, and promptly with families and the agency

    • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding client homes, routines, and family information

    • Formal postpartum doula training from an accredited organization:

      • CAPPA, ICEA, or DONA International

    • Newborn Care Specialist training from a reputable, established program

    • Infant & Adult CPR/First Aid certification (current)

    • Up-to-date immunizations, including Tdap, flu, COVID

    • Ability to work 8, 10, or 12-hour overnight shifts

Private In-Home Teacher – Park City, Utah #1001

The Baby Hive is seeking an experienced private in-home teacher for three bright children (ages 8, 6, and 4) in Park City, Utah. The role blends academic excellence and Christian-based instruction in a supportive, well-equipped home classroom.

    • Lead daily devotionals, Bible lessons, and prayer

    • Teach using The Good and the Beautiful curriculum with additional focus on math, Spanish, reading, and life skills

    • Dedicated classroom with full resources provided

    • Creative freedom for projects, field trips, and hands-on learning

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education required

    • Strong teaching or tutoring experience

    • Background in faith-based instruction

    • Reading specialist and Spanish language skills preferred

    • Patient, organized, dependable, and creative

    • Experience teaching Sunday School is ideal but not required

    • Start: Beginning of the 2025–2026 school year
